Personal Training

Our Personal Training sessions are designed especially for you by our trainers. We will perform a short evaluation to determine your current fitness level, and whether injury prevention techniques apply. Based on this evaluation, we will customize a training program comprised of various circuits or workouts to maximize your potential and exceed your personal fitness goals at your own home.

Partner Training

Do you have a spouse, a friend, or a partner who are looking for a private fitness workout of YOUR OWN? If so, we can work together and customize a program to address your fitness needs with our In-Home Partner Training Sessions.

Continued Coaching

Additional coaching is available after completing the T28 Challenge for a discounted rate of $50 per month. This includes your daily workout guide to continue shocking the body into progress; and unlimited coaching, guidance and check-ins for that month – all with the purpose of refining your program to continue eliciting results. You may either use this option for ongoing coaching or accountability.
