Group Training

Private Group Training is a fantastic alternative to Group Training. The added motivation of having others working out with you pushes you to a new effort level. Private Group Training sessions are 30-45 minutes in length. Each workout will be full body strength and cardio. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals. Private Group Training is in groups of 5 to 7 clients. Create your group with family, friends or coworkers.

Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
