About Kristine

Kristine has over 25 years of experience in the fitness and health industry. She is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer with a background as a Fitness Instructor, and Fitness Competitor. Her education has been in the study of Kinesiology and Physical Education, and she currently holds a license in Physical Therapy. Kristine is very passionate about educating people on healthy ways to live and changing their lives through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle. She is always learning new techniques, as things are always changing and there is always new news, however, there are certain factors that do not change when it comes to building a foundation for your health. There are many toxic elements in our environment that hinder our efforts to ensure success when it comes to our overall health. She keeps things simple since our lives are hectic and stressful enough as it is.

My Story

Fitness has been a part of my life well before the days I had a word for it. As a little girl, I was constantly active with my mother, going on bike rides, mountain climbing, swimming and doing Jane Fonda and Richard Simmons videos everyday throughout the summer. When choosing a career, I wanted to do something that I would never get tired of, and the only thing my heart told me was FITNESS. I wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves, and have fun doing it in the process for sustainability. The "extra" that I desired to bring to the table was in the area of injury prevention, so I pursued education in Kinesiology and Physical Education, which led me into getting my license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. I live, breathe, and eat well rounded mind/body fitness everyday of my life, and bring those passions to the public daily and regularly by means of my clients, social media, vendor events, and empowerment events.

My Passion

I'm passionate about motivating, mentoring and providing education for people interested in learning how real foods and exercise have the power to not only change body aesthetics, but also to heal the mind and to help a body sustain a vibrant, agile and fulfilling life.

I love sharing my knowledge about fitness, fueling the body with real whole foods, and unleashing the body's full and optimal potential. I look forward to working with you on your personal goals, and I strongly believe that we can do this together!

My specialty is taking people from where they are right now to their next level. I know what it takes to transform YOU into the best YOU you can be! It takes more than just a meal plan or workout plan, it takes motivation, discipline, behavioral changes and mindset. It also helps to have someone by your side cheering you on and assisting you in staying on track with your goals. It’s my most favorite thing to see clients get results and see their confidence build as their journey unfolds. I love to see those I help achieve even greater results than they ever thought possible. I help clients break through emotional barriers that have been holding them from achieving the body they want and deserve. I believe that once you break through your barriers and start creating the body you love, your whole world starts changing, you have confidence, energy, and you become your best version of YOU. I love being part of the journey of remembering how amazing you truly are!!!
