Saturday Bootcamp

At ShredZone, we have created an intense, full body high intensity class that will challenge you in ways you have never experienced before.

Our Classes
This class incorporates a variety of cardio activities and strength training activities that will target every muscle in your body.

Our Cardio Activities
Cardio is an important part in every workout routine. From suicides to relays, our bootcamp class will have your heart rate up and your blood pumping in no time. A few of the fun and exciting cardio challenges in our bootcamp classes are:

- Jumping Jacks
- Jump Rope
- High Knees into Lunges
- Mountain Climbers
- Burpees
- Butt Kicks, and more.

Our Strength Activities
In order to see results, a successful workout must include strength training. Our trainers have used their knowledge and expertise to create challenging strength training exercises to boost your heart rate. A few of the strength training exercises that are incorporated into our bootcamp class are:

- Weighted Squats
- Kettlebells
- Dumbbells
- Weight Balls, and more

We incorporate these elements into an intense hour-long bootcamp class that will burn up to 1,000 calories! If you are ready for the challenge of your life while having the time of your life, join us. Our trainers are excited to get your mind, body and spirit in shape!
